Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to every booking made through Destin Rental Services. By requesting a booking you agree to them, together with our Cancellation Policy and Privacy Policy.

Booking and payment

  • A booking request holds your dates for the payment window shown on your booking. Your stay is confirmed once we receive full payment.
  • Payment is made by Zelle or bank transfer. Please include your booking reference so we can match your payment.
  • The total shown at booking includes nightly rates, the cleaning fee and any applicable taxes. There are no hidden fees.

Guests and occupancy

  • The person making the booking must be at least 25 years old and must stay at the property for the whole booking.
  • The number of guests may not exceed the maximum occupancy listed for the property.
  • Parties, events and gatherings beyond the registered guests are not permitted.

Check-in and check-out

  • Check-in is from 4:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM Central Time, unless we agree otherwise in writing.
  • Check-in details are sent before arrival once your booking is fully paid.
  • Late check-out without our approval may be charged as an additional night.

House rules

  • No smoking or vaping inside the property.
  • Pets are allowed only where the listing says so.
  • Please respect quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM and follow the rules of the community, including pool, parking and amenity rules.
  • Please leave the property in reasonable condition. Our team handles the final cleaning.

Damage and liability

  • Guests are responsible for any damage beyond normal wear and tear caused during the stay, and for any extra cleaning needed.
  • Please report any damage or problems to us as soon as possible so we can help.
  • We are not responsible for loss of or damage to guests' personal belongings, or for temporary interruptions to utilities, internet or community amenities outside our control.

Access to the property

We may enter the property during your stay for urgent repairs or emergencies, or at a time agreed with you for routine maintenance.

Breach of these terms

If these terms or the house rules are seriously broken, we may end the stay early without a refund.
